2016 PROJECT MAPPING

The project mapping meeting was done at the secretariat for 2 days from 7th to 8th May 2016.  The meeting was to solicit input from different people and develop application forms for the next phase of the project.  Representatives from different MANAD committees like the advocacy, finance, board, sign language committee, interpreters committee and local branch members were invited to this meeting.  The followings were done during the meeting.

• Reading of the Stakeholders analysis annexes
• Identify the stakeholders
• Analyze stakeholder’s role and responsibility in  relation to the project
• Analysing the willingness of the stakeholders
• Analysing the authority of the stakeholders
• Analysing the resources of the stakeholders
• Defining tentative strategies to fill key capacity gaps
