Malawi National Association of the deaf (MANAD) conducted the general assembly in Balaka on 10 and 11 December 2022. The general assembly is a special activity that is held after 4 years where the MANAD members conduct the general elections and vote for the new national executive committee.
During the GA, the outgoing executive committee presented the annual general meeting minutes reports and the Secretariat also present their annual office report to the members.
The MANAD members voted for the new national executive committee. The 2022 elections were conducted by 26 branches and each branch was represented by two members.
