Advocacy

MANAD advocates to protect and maintain the human rights of all deaf people in Malawi, in accordance with the Malawi Disability act 2012 and  UN Convention on the Rights of People with Disability.

MANAD’s advocacy team meets regularly with local and international stakeholders in the public, private and non-government sectors to encourage greater inclusion of deaf people in all aspects of public life.
