Sign Language staff, Meria Khwalala and Nelson Sambanya with Innocent Mpezeni a member of the Sign Language Working Group based in Mulanje presented and disseminated the Malawian Sign Language Dictionary which was launched on 24 November 2022 to the District Executive Committee (DEC) during the DEC meeting held on 30 November 2022 in Mulanje district. The government officials from Mulanje districts and various organizations such as GAIA Global, Plan Malawi, the Family Health Services, and Girls Empowerment Network and others attended the meeting.
