With the aim of boosting the capacity of its organization, Malawi National Association of the Deaf (MANAD) conducted the Board and Staff training on the capacity building and the review of the roles and responsibilities of the board and management. The training was a follow up on the previous board orientation training that was conducted to the board members in December 2022 immediately after its General Assembly which in the process the new board was elected. The training was held in Liwonde CD training center in Machinga from 26 June to 27 June 2023.
