MANAD secretariat engaged the Mwanza Deaf community and disseminated the Malawian Sign Language Dictionary information. Meria Khwalala a Sign Language Research Assistant explaining to MANAD members in Mwanza the importance of the dictionary and the ways of using the book as a tool which advances the communication skills.
