Each and every year the whole world annually commemorates the rights of Deaf people through various activities which are hosted during the month of September. MANAD commemorated the 2018 International deaf week and International Day of Sign languages under the theme “With Sign Language, everyone is included” which was held in Blantyre at Lunzu ground.
