MANAD conducted the board training on good governance and the improvement of the board’s effectiveness. The training took place in Balaka on 12 and 13 December immediately after the general elections. Mr. Banda facilitated the training, and the new board promised to develop MANAD strategically. During the training, the secretariat also participated the board training as part of strengthening its capabilities towards working with the new board committee.
