PROJECT ADVISOR IRJA SEILOLA FROM FINNISH ASSOCIATION OF THE DEAF (FAD) VISITS MANAD SECRETARIAT
Malawi National Association of the Deaf (MANAD) yesterday on 14th August received Project Advisor Irja Seilola from the Finnish Association of the Deaf (FAD) through Chileka Airport. Irja will be conducting a number of activities with MANAD for 3 weeks observing the progress of Malawian Sign Language Capacity Development work which includes Development of Sign Language Teachers Curriculum among other activities During her stay in Malawi Irja Seilola will also participate in the training of parents and caregivers of Deaf children in Ntcheu.
