Today, the MANAD Programmes Officer, along with officials from the Department of Disabilities and Elderly Affairs in the Ministry of Gender, visited Ntchisi District Council. They briefed the Ntchisi stakeholders on the upcoming 2024 International Week of Deaf People and International Day of Sign Languages Commemoration, which is scheduled to take place in Ntchisi from September 23 to 29, 2024. This important meeting was made possible through the support of the Finnish Association of the Deaf (FAD).
